Summary of RTD process:Your DOT Qualified SAP will perform the initial evaluation and then provide you with my recommendations for education or treatment. Once you complete the education or treatment recommendation, you meet a second time  and determine compliance and establish a follow-up testing plan.

The fee for the RTD SAP service including the two assessments and the required paperwork is $525 

How to get started with a DOT Qualified SAP ? Just complete steps 1 & 2 below

1. Complete the on boarding Questionnaire
2. Complete Payment  Pay in full $525 

Accepted forms of payment: Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay Clearpay, Link, and Cash App PayNote: Afterpay is a financing option that may allow you to spread payments over time.  Apple Pay may have that option as well
Once you have successfully completed the payment the you will get an email within 1 hour to schedule your Initial Assessment and designate the DOT Qualified SAP in Clearinghouse.
Frequently Asked Question:How long does this process take before I can work again? This is a difficult question to answer as each case is different and depending on the SAP assessment. The process can go as quickly as 4 days or much longer for complicated cases.
