How to get started with a DOT Qualified SAP ? Just complete payment and you will be guided to schedule your assessment and complete registration form.
Specific steps with links to follow:

1. Complete Payment Pay in full $525
2. After payment, you will be sent to a calendar to schedule your Initial Assessment
3. After you schedule, you will be sent to a site to complete a questionnaire. 

Please note that you will receive a meeting confirmation with instructions on how to designate your SAP in clearinghouse (if you are a CDL holder)

Accepted forms of payment: Credit / Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay Clearpay, Link, and Cash App PayNote: Afterpay is a financing option that may allow you to spread payments over time.  Apple Pay may have that option as well

Frequently Asked Question: How long does this process take before I can work again?
This is a difficult question to answer as each case is different and depending on the SAP assessment. The process can go as quickly as 4 days or much longer for complicated cases.
